WHAT IS TELEHEALTH

Telehealth is the distribution of health-related services and information via electronic information and telecommunication technologies. It allows long-distance patient and clinician contact, care, advice, reminders, education, intervention, monitoring, and remote admissions.

SERVICES

Step 1 : The ATP registers with TELEHEALTH EVALS.

Step 2 : The ATP schedules a patient evaluation on behalf of the clinician
and then loads the Patient's medical documentation.

Step 3 : The ACE SOFTWARE verifies eligibility.

Step 4 : Clinician confirms the evaluation time.

Step 5 : Video link is sent to both ATP and patient.

Step 6 : Once the evaluation is completed the clinician will
complete the report.

Step 7 : The ACE SOFTWARE reviews the report for conflicting
or missing information.

Step 8 : The report is sent to ATP's dashboard to be submitted
to the insurance as needed.
